Over 9000 people got the ribbon.
And we reduced the requirements to 90% of their overall goal. (without even saying anything to anyone)
We've checked, double checked and triple checked the results from this because there was an issue at the start.
We're pretty sure at this point everyone who completed the event got the ribbon.

I accept your apology. Can you reduce the Navy Seal ribbon 90% too? Like take off the M14. -

I'm sure people are happy you reduced the requirements by 10% but still that doesn't excuse you guys for not having been able to hand it out to ALL those who deserved it.
Maybe the problem came from the fact we did way more than asked and not just what was required.

You'd better get that system to keep track ready for next ribbon if you don't want alot of us to get ****ed as what's happening now.
Btw a guy here said he'd only completed 1game saturday. I doubt that's 90% of what had to be done.
Not to forget the one who mentioned having not played since the 25th and yet got it.
I guess your system failed and you can't believe any of us because we thought it was fully operational and we didn't need to SS every game we played / winned, every kill we did...
Am I mad? Yes. Why? Because you guys messed up and are telling us you checked three times and are SURE everybody who should've recieved it has.
How can you be sure those asian coders who don't even speak a word of english are telling you the truth? How can you be sure they know what they're doing with all the issues going on?

Sending all this to Saidin in a bit.
I did absolutely everything and even played 27games instead of 10 the last day. I've overdone ALL of them and yet haven't got the ribbon and from what I understand people who shouldn't have gotten it have it and people like me don't.
Something is ****ed up and really hope they can fix it because I really would be ****ed to not get a ribbon I worked for.
I hope he'll understand and find out what's going on.
Each mode you completed must end with at least 6 people in the room. So for all the people who didn't get it, did you finish all required things with at least 6 people?

Yes.
Because I thought it would be as the regular daily missions. I checked at the scored board if we were 6 just in case there had been massive RQs just before the end. And then, then only I added it to the piece of paper I used to keep track. -
I m pretty sure I ve done everything the ribbon missions required. But I didnt get the ribbon!
I ve already sent a support ticket of course!!!!!
Support... I directly pm'ed saidin but you're right support is the way to go.

I don't accept sorry , such a simple thing , you tell us to play for 4 day an achieve certain goals, we do that an YOU screw it up ! , there is enough ppl here to prove that not everyone who earned it has got it !! , so no excuses, admit you screwed up , i achieved more than 100% never mind 90% .... don't insult us with stats of 9000 ppl ect just admit you have screwed up then we might accept that an move on ... i am not a raging kid so please don't try an treat us like that !!!!!!!. -

Sorry about my other post, didnt know there was a problem at start so I got my ribbon way too late, but I got it!
Anyways thanks and Support for those who are sure they did all and didnt got the ribbon and no Support for those who say they didnt even do 50% of it and got it. -
Lol it would be such a smash in the face, if bruce would now just edit his stickyied Thread and add the sentence "post your Ribbon Collection" to it. xD He would most likely steal your possibility to get your thread stickyied (?) (I dont know how its getting written lol)

Hello,
After a fix in the way the ribbon was handed out everyone that was eligible to receive the ribbon has already received it. Please read the full requirements of the ribbons for the next event.
Additionally, we are working on a new page to track ribbon goals and we intend to release it as soon as possible. However we cannot provide a solid time frame.

i have a little question.
Do you get the survey says ribbon really only through a survey?
I mean you can download something or watch a video to earn free zp, does that count too? And if you have to register for a survey, do you need to use the same e-mail address you used for the crossfire account? -
Saidin got back to me and affirmed Glitched SnD maps did not count for the missions (he said 100 SD kills mission was the one which most of us didn't get).
He also added that melee kill only SDs did not register.
Now you guys know why you haven't got it. Sorry, there'll be more to win and there again not everybody will get it. But what we can do is take screenshots next time to ensure ourselves we'll get it.
I know it said 100kills on any SD map and it could've been confusing since Tutorial and other glitched/hacked rooms were indeed SnD and I'm sure z8 is sorry for that but they aren't those to blame for that.
If it can be of any recomfort I didn't get it either (I have 27ribbons and used to be one with the most untill sheriff one).
Edit: support ensured me they were working on a better system for those kind of events. Saidin had already mentioned that btw.
