As we've seen, that would only turn into a popularity vote. While over all, it would please some of the community, Saidin knows what he's looking for in a Moderator, and while not always pleasing the community, he knows what he's doing. And if they mess up, he deals with it accordingly.

Yep it's a sad situation.
Wish you luck in real life. I know exactly what you feel (I'm not that young like most players here - wife etc.) I've had similar situation year ago but now it's stable and I'm back so maybe sometime he will come back to us.

Greycloak, good luck to the guy. One of the more interesting people I've met on the forums and I'm sure where ever he's headed in life. He'll keep that ability to be amazing.

Greycloak was a hard nugget on a lot of issues, but he did his job with more gusto then most people I know in his position.

For that, he always had my respect.

I hate these sad speeches. But atleast we always here the same thing you know, they're leaving for real life and all. And that's really cool for them. Maybe we'll all do the same one day.


Btw, don't count on me to become a MOD wannabe again. I'll just say this:
If you feel any moderating potential in me and feel like adding me to the team I'll be glad of it and will take it seriously (might even learn the ToS by heart just to never make mistakes) and I can and would be VERRY active. I like this game and want to become really part of it. I tried to become part of it by going competitive but that's really not my thing.
