FPS Problem

After the new patch navy seal my FPS suddenly in the middle of a game goes down to 9 FPS also i didn't change anything in my pc i can't complete 13 rounds i missed the new ribbon operation triton cuz of the error please help

note : i tried many programs like game booster and avira antivirus ccleaner

check your quality settings in game. if that doesn't make a difference, try updating your video card drivers

2 - Close all applications during the play
3 - Use the program This "Mz Game Accelerator"

There might be a bug that everyone is overlooking. I have a 1 1/2 old computer using amd Phenom Quad Processor. I have the same exact problem.
