- K2 (even though its for well nerds but ye still a good weapon competitively speaking)

The generics have been stated many times above me [M4A1 / AK-47 / AWM + Deag].
Some guns worth exploring to see if you like them are the Steyr AUG, SG552, TAR-21, K2, QBZ, and Anaconda. They're more of the "second generation" of Cross Fire weapons.
indeed, i can tell you right now as an annaconda user its hella good for practicing aim because its not really a pistol to spray with... i get more 1 conda's than i do 1 deags tbh.. so
it also rivals the deagle tbh and has a really quick, quick switch time, especially good for snipers. -
Well i just came to crossfire from AvA and i was just wondering what is the best guns that have the biggest advantage when it comes to the competitive scene?
(Aswell as what is the best sniper too)

AK-Knife. only gun in the game that has a melee attack and can even use it to interrupt the reload! When I got mine it was Coupons, not sure if u can still get it for 80 coupons perm or not. so you COULD get it with GP via coupons from GP crates .
the basic staples: AK-47, M4A1 these 2 guns are pretty much universaly accepted as "Skill" guns.
the NOOB guns for the most part are the Scar Light (aka the Scrub Lite) and the M12s
in terms of a GP Rifle stat wise, the Scar light is the best, but IMHO the AK-47 is the best due to it being a "Lag Killer" and the slightly Higher damage.
Also, I would suggest trying out guns in the gun range before buying them as well as looking at the stats and trying them in a real match from someones dead body to see if you like it or not.
Stats and recoil may be OK but the ingame performace can be really bad or really good or just meh.
"Try before you buy!" is really applyed here. -
@ Doop, im pretty sure the Deagie got a minor nerf. I keep doing like..... 85 damage with 2 clicks to chest even at a pretty close range. Headshots long range arent 1 shot kill either. I guess thats fairer though tbh, Getting 1 deags on Port from A top to A long was a bit.........ridiculous.
And yeah, the prime weapons are m4/ak/awm/deagie.
But the SG552, QBZ and k2 are also pretty good. I think the Anaconda is probably better for snipers since it switches faster but I personally prefer the Eagle. Tar21 is quite under-rated also.

Deagle (Best Choice)
That depends. The Colt is the best Secondary weapon in the game, due to it's incredibly fast switch. This makes it the ideal weapon for finishing off already damaged enemies. On top of that, it also rocks a 1 shot headshot, meaning it still can be used in a pinch to survive.
The Deagle is so much more of a primary weapon. Rocking a two shot kill, this gun should be used more for playstyles that take advantage of its immense power, e.g. using it with a sniper.
The deagle is a terrible gun for finishing off weakened enemies when compared to the colt. -
