Zong zp fail?

Well me and my friend put zp by phone using zong and we are waiting both 2 days for getting or zp about 3700 zp i wish to receive that amount since i spend money on it.Hope to get a awnser or a Adm.
I am great man on zp putting like weekly so i hope to get this fixed or i will stop to put zp

Where you live? maybe it doesnt works at your country or at your mobileprovider writte to the z8 support , maybe they makes you your zps^^

Well, are you trying to make them give you ZP?
Admins don't give out ZP usually, so you might not bother trying. You can possibly get your transaction ID and send it to an admin, that's what they can check back.

If you don't received your Zp, send the messages to the support. They will help you.

If Zong weren't available in his country it wouldn't of let him make the transaction.

Also send a support ticket to Z8Games with proof of your transaction, and also contact Zong and tell them about the situation.

Weird, in france we get our zp within less than 30seconds.

I did it not later than saturday.
