question about xfire

i have seen here some some people broadcast their games live on xfire.
how much does it affect your fps?
i get around 60fps 8v8, and if i use fraps, it drops to 20.
i would like to record some games, and the broadcast is too cool.

and recomendations on xfire?

You can find the broadcast settings in Options on xFire. You can try to set it up so it takes very little away from your gaming performance, but I think it might take a 15-25 FPS hit on your game while your playing while on the lowest.

Go ahead and try it out, see what it does.

hrmmmmmm... u need to be more worried about your ping being affected then your fps...

Your going to be streaming live video footage, that ain't light on the bandwidth......

i got low end dsl 128kbs upstream and i can't do it. (even in a none online game)
