Greetings, I have just bought a playspan 10 000zp code (it is the 5th time I do it always worked) and when I enter the esn code and the pass code it writes "No loginid"

Please explain me where is the problem.

Contact the Support, they can solve that Issue for you.
Players got no access to the Payment Management System, thats just stuff for the support, and therefor we cant halp you on that
