Good map concept, with a couple of possibilities for improvement.
The main concern is that as a general rule, a sniper position should NEVER be given a commanding over-watch of the entire map. A pro-sniper would thus dominate the match, preventing all but the most perfectly coordinated counter-attacks from over taking his position. Thus, the recommendation to add obstacles would be best implemented by limiting the sniper positions to only cover an area something less than half the map.
I agree with a previous concern that the sketch makes the entire map appear small. Developers will need to see some actual dimensions to design and implement.
I would propose that unless you want this map to be considered only a sniper-friendly map, I would add areas in the center through which to navigate which would favor sprayers. Balance some of the wide-open sniper fields of fire with some close quarters sections - again, maybe through obstacles or structures like buildings.
Good start and decent model for others to follow in proposing other future maps. GJ. -
New Map Sketch Update (Video)
for people who are saying that this is not a great map, I decided to update my sketch a little with some obstacles and new structures. and I am grateful to all those who have left good feedback.

Wow - what a difference. Love the CAD system you're using, and great touch video'ing the panning, rotation and zoom as you maneuver about the layout. Now I have a much better feel for what you're trying to create.
More advice:- Love the second level cat-walk in the center. I hope you can jump over the railing to the level below, or even onto the roof of the center building...
- You have two large boxes (like cargo containers from the Ship map) - it would be great to have them open on the short end that faces the interior of the map so that players can go inside...
- To make it easier for the developers, it would be a nice touch to color/shade the tops of the boxes which are low enough to jump upon, with the assumption that everything else that is not that color or shade is too high...
- To make that upper deck a little more accessible, it might be interesting to add a stack of boxes against the outside wall, adjacent to the large side door on each side of the map. An adept jumper could quickly climb those boxes to get up to the deck...
- I'd consider adding a set of boxes in the far left corner of each spawn area, that could be jumped upon to get a view over that wall into the long corridor that runs down the outside sides of the map...
- Might add a window or two mid-way up the stairwells, facing into the map - maybe covered with chain-link to prevent passing through...
- Maybe put a big, box-like air vent on each side of the center building roof. You probably can't go into it, but you could use it as cover for firing into the opponent's side.
- Bars across some of those long windows at each spawn site
- Spot light posts at intervals along the railing of the upper deck
- Barbed wire and/or concertina at the top edge of any outer walls
- Put another obstacle on each side that is a short chain-link fence. You can't pass through, but you can shot through
- Make many of the doors into permanently open, or partially open jail cell doors
- Large block numbers/letters painted on several walls to officially identify the different sections of the jail area

if anyone have good ideas add them to the sketch but try to keep the original map sketch, add new structures, obstacles or whatever that you have in mind, then share your screenshots or vids here on the forums.
