I COMPLETE EVERYTHING FOR THIS RIBBON
Thursday June 23 - Win 5 Search and Destroy games on Compound FINISH
Friday June 24 - Collect at least 100 kills in Search and Destroy maps FINISH
Saturday June 25 - Collect at least 100 kills with a rifle (any map/mode) FINISH
Sunday June 26 - Play in at least 10 Compound SnD Maps FINISH -
You will get your ribbon when they decide to update the event system to today, in which all 4 missions [if you completed them] should get you the ribbon. Be patient. Z8Games isn't a team of robots doing work for you, they're humans doing work for the developers, you technically aren't at a higher position then they are, you are their customers. If you don't like that fact, go work for Smilegate and be Z8Games' higher ups or stop whining.
The ribbon will come when it comes. I'm sure that you can wait another day. The M4-Custom Crystal isn't something to put your life on pause about [no ribbon or gun could really do that]. -

You realize that only applies to tangible items right? The intent of that law was to keep people from disrespecting the American flag. I've seen tons of American flags printed on cereal boxes, and then thrown out. Pixels on the internet are not tangible. If that were true, the USA name card released ages ago for the FIFA World Cup would have been sued by the Government of America. It's the internet, at the very least, Z8Games could say that it was an artist's perspective of the American flag, therefore he owns the design, and has given the design to Z8Games to utilize for the name card.
What that law is going after, is the fact that things that are thrown away on a daily basis [for example, tissues] should not have the American flag on them. This is to prevent the ideology of one throwing out their own flag into the trash. -

I can't believe you have laws to cover this to begin with. In the UK we don't really consider our flag as particularly important. I wonder why USA hangs onto such trivial material items as a sign of its identity? Maybe you could tell me....
As for putting a flag on Tissue papers or other such items, are you really telling me that it is impossible to buy paper napkins with the US flag printed on them? I find that hard to believe.
Interesting cultural difference, perhaps one which keeps you with a sense of national pride, even if it appears irrational and illogical to forget all the problems of your nation and be proud of some shapes and colours arranged in a pattern on a flag.

1st off its not a law, its a code, there is no punishment from it. it's more of a sign of respect.
2nd I understand what your getting at.
3rd I would rather have a perm than a 30 day temp for 25 coupons, thats almost a 1:1 ratio, it makes no sense to me for a temp item.
4th 25 coupons for 30 days does NOT seem fair since it feels like it performs on par with the m4a1 silver (IMHO) and I beleave they removed the m4a1 adv from coupons which was 90 days, but then again I didn't look.
5th why is it called stars and stripes in the bag selection in game and the kill mark? someone got some explaining to do =3
6th M4A1 Xmas still reads M4A1 Xams in game when your holding it. ( yes I have put in a ticket about it a year or 2 ago and it was NEVER FIXED!) so why are we adding a new m4 when we cant fix a name of an m4 from 2009? just a thought...
7th I don't know why but every patch my ping to the game servers goes up, it's only this game. i went from 32 in the beta up to 60 sometime later as of now from what i can tell its 78.... i have to shoot people 17 times in the chest with an ak-47 to kill someone.... that isnt right... and nothing in my computer nor my internet ISP/bandwith has been changed... which makes me think ether the server bandwith is getting worse or its being moved every patch 0_o
I would say the lag issue is what really bothers me the most out of all of the above as it effects EVERYONE and not just a person who feels like they are QQ'n over something. -
Sorry man, I said the same thing about the shadow sheriff because I got all the posters and I thought you were suppose to combine all the poster codes and redeem under the deposit page. So yeah.... Some people got it so they definatly wont allow a repeat. Most of us did our missions. You should have checked the site on the day of the patchCould you repeat the ribbon? I havent noticed it...pls...i need ribbons...repeat it like hero emerges...please... Thank you

zaiden new patch in date 23/06/11 can we request to have this mission cus of error
patch 23/06/11 its so unfair to other users that got error in that day and we not complete the mission because of error we hope that we can play again that 10 win in compound asap ... zaiden can u help us? to complete it ...
i sugest nextime that if you want to make patch and theirs a complition of mission todo so... i hope it can do day after or 2 days preperation to do mission.. cuz sometimes we dont know arround the world have problem of patch .. so it take time like 1 day to fixed it.... so i hope u will listen to us

So what you're getting at here is that you're mostly upset at the "price" of the gun and because so, you feel the need to argue about the fact that it has an American flag on it?
This is a special edition gun. There was no intent to put it in as permanent. Ever. In fact there is really no reason to as the Holiday itself is only around for a bit. Sure we've done permanent weapons for holidays in the past, does it mean we have to do it for the future. No, it does not.
Not every weapon that goes in to the game is going to be permanent. That's just a fact of life. Frankly we have a million M4A1 Variants in the game already.
This gun goes in for coupons because it gives a chance for people to use coupons for something they haven't seen before. It goes in for 25 coupons because it gives more accessibility to more people.
Coupons are technically free. They are the BP of the Black Market only you don't have to spend money to get them. Consider this weapon as a bonus. And that if we put it in for 75 coupons for 90 days more people would be complaining.
As for the American Flag part. Painting a weapon with the American flag is no different than painting a car with an American flag, or a golf cart, or a sofa. It's not advertizing (it's marketing). The flag evokes a certain patriotism, and it's no different than using a Flag Name Card in the game. If that makes you get the gun, then we're no worse than this company:
And when you've got the American flag that close to your nether region you're either uber-patriotic or the most disrespectful person in America.
So lets just put this issue to bed. You would rather have the gun as permanent. Unfortunately permanent was never an option for this weapon. And 25 coupons for 90 days was never an option because of the special nature of the weapon (and no, that doesn't mean it has to be some sort of amazingly powerful weapon. It has a cool special edition paint job). It was coupons from the get go, and 25 coupons gave more options for more people.
Should pretty much sum up everything at this point about this weapon. -
