when i start cf a box pops up and it says for me to download or save 2 things like nanvrcls or something like that and it keeps popping up every 5 seconds ... literally... every 5 secs the thing pops up ehlp also some z8 thing pops up...

Y dont u try to re download cf, then try if it pops up
