it's hard to lead a clan when your not popular i nthe community lol. i suggest disbanning it and joining a good clan

start recruiting alot more, I'm a LT and the only one from my clan that uses the forum, and I have gotten myself prob 15 recruits off the forum who have worked out for us

They have a recruitment thread already but maybe try harder recruiting in game?

IMO even though you like your leader and all that I'd move to a new clan if you can get more active people in because I wouldnt find it as fun just me playing crossfire without my other clan members playing with me.
