Where is my ZP crates?

I'm [CyperPunkZ] , i've been playing about 5 hours ( more than 1 hour for ghost) in Saturday (halloween) and i've been waiting for 2 days, but i didnt get the ZP crates and i only got gp crates from the others day only.

if it says u played more then 1hr send in support ticket

I got my crates... I think you didn't play for hour.. you're just faking it so you can get free crates
