Can´t buy ZP for days

I tried to buy ZP almost every day since last week. (from my ClickAndBuy account)
I thought it was because i don´t have enough money on my account. That was 10-20cent.
But normally, if i don´t have enough money, this money is taken by my Bank-Card.
I tried to buy less ZP, so that i have enough money on my ClickAndBuy account.
But this ERROR is still there!!! Why i can´t buy ZP with ClickAndBuy.

By the way: 20.000ZP = 17.49$ = ~12,50€
But 17.49$ are about 11,83€
Why is this so different???

Ich habe seit letzter Woche fast jeden Tag versucht mir 20.000ZP zu kaufen. (mit ClickAndBuy) Dies geht aber nicht. Zuerst dachte ich weil ich nicht genug Geld auf dem Konto habe, aber normal wird das ja direkt vom Bankkonto angebucht. Dann habe ich versucht nur 10.000ZP zu kaufen, wozu ich auf jeden Fall genug Geld auf dem Konto habe, aber das ging auch nicht?!?!
Warum???

PS: Mir ist aufgefallen, dass 20.000ZP 17.49$ kosten. Bei ClickAndBuy wird dann um die 12,50€ angezeigt. ABER: 17.49$ Sind zurzeit ca. 11,83€
Warum??

they have had alot of problems with all the different payment plans, so that might be the case...but you would expect a free game that takes your money so they can line there pockets and not put a cent back into the game would have enough money to do something about this..Z8 has dropped the ball since taking this game over, they have spent more time making the forum look different and waste time on stupid background graphics that do nothing and stupid halloween crates
