This means, if your name is not on the Banlist, that your Account is under Investigation for the Moment by the GM's.

if it says navigation to website canceled just ignore it all's it does is opens up the website in a internet browser you can just start the game

Contact support support.z8games.com. If the account is not on the ban list they will have an answer for you.

If your account is on the ban list then there is not much anyone can do. If you were caught hacking, then that would be why you were banned. Bans are very very rarely lifted.

Pls, someone help me i can start crossfir and i can login but when i want start a map the come "connection has been dalayed" im not a bad player im nearly first liutenent.But i dont now why i cant start any map i play crossfire for 1 year and i bought 100 000 zp and now i cant play not realy fair...
