We want the communities opinion on some things!

We at Reality Gaming would like your input on a few things, as we want to be a key term within the community of communication, and entertainment. Below, are some 'ideas' and we want you to answer the questions if you want, and add anything additional to the question, or comments.
Idea #1 - Prize List
Reality Gaming is going to implement prizes within our events, and happenings in time and we were thinking about the following for prizes; PlaySpan Gift 'Points for ZP, Virtual Credit Cards for ZP or personal usage.

Idea #1 - Do you have any other ideas for prizes?
Idea #2 - Draft Times
Reality Gaming wants to make a certain date for when our drafts take place. There are a lot of other events, drafts, happenings and sorts - and of course we want to implement and place prizes within our Drafts, and upcoming events, but we need support and people of the players to participate to influence us to give more as we gain community members.

Idea #2 - What date, and time would you suggest? Please include a time zone! And tell us, would you participate for the event, or just the prizes? (Obvious answer for the prizes, but would you participate before we even implement prizes?)
