A simple solution would to be the automatic ban of a player's account if a "black listed" address was called in crossfire. Black listed address refers to the protocol called when a hack is initiated.

As for the screen shot idea, due to Game Guard's ease, all you would have to do is detect the value of the screen shot command and then whenever it's called, delay it and automatic toggle off or NOP it.

Yes, but there could presumably be a script that counts the amount of time that the player takes to respond, and if it is consistently greater than a certain value (for toggling), then some suspicion would be aroused...

Sort of like this idea, But it could make it more laggyer, That could be the only bad part.

I already addressed this in a previous comment, it might introduce a slight lag, but probably not as bad as you would think, depending on how it is implemented.
  • Why can't anybody who gets detected for hacking, the GM crew find their ip, hunt em down and murder them? I couldn't think of a better system! and we all know how rutheless the Gm crew are!!
  • Interesting Eightball,

Whats the possibility of having the screen shots run through a program after they are taken to discover the changed colors through walls etc or other parameters.. then thos would be the only ones saved.

Would the Mods have to look through thousands of pictures or would they just retrieve pics from complaints of specific matches?

I like the hunting down and beating the hell outta the hackers suggestion better though lol.

    Im in for that lol

good idea, but the gm's won't ban them, mostly due to zp, but they don't give a **** anymore about this game

If I was given a quarter every time some one said the GMs and Z8 dont care about CF...Id be incredibly rich xD

Anyways on topic, sounds like a great idea. It could take a while to implement this but still sounds great.
