Desert eagle recoil is hard to control with one hand. However this is a video game so why not.

I've never had one (used only when picked up from a dead person). Is it like 1 hit kill or like 80 dmg or what?

I think it should be only slightly higher recoil and the knife should be the same as a standard knife slash.

That looks bad a little, why not hold it like this? Meh... MW2 was bad, yet the weapons were cool.

IMO, it looks stupid. Even if this has some kind of practical use, that I fail to see, the animation of a pistol in one hand and a knife in the other just looks utterly silly.

The way it's held and animated would obviously have to be changed. But imo knife + handgun would be better then putting it on the end of the gun.

you could also make it so it does not show the offhand(holding the knife) until you slash it
