I haven't been bothered to work out so can someone please tell me what to do when it says "Please enter the URL of your image:"

That means, you can place the given url of the uploaded picture in there to get shown on the website.
For that you need to upload your picture to something like Imageshack.com or Photobucket.com, and these services give you then a url from the uploaded picture that you can publish

Anysite gives u a url.. Just Click On the Picture and on the Top,it says url like this
