[REQUEST] Guide On Playing Unavailable Maps In TD

So today, I got into a room that was, interestingly enough, a Team Deathmatch based in the Training Camp. Apparently, one of my clan mates played a TD game in Eagle Eyes. Is this a glitch? A modification? Or a hack? If it's a glitch or an allowable mod, could someone explain how to do it please? I looked through my CF folder already and didn't see much that could be edited.
