I'm sorry but, how does that make him mad by any chance?, He's just saying, if you want another league to come, just come onto that website and comment saying you agree there should be a NA league.

I'll make my own NA league. I just need someone to provide prizes and stuff like that.

I could make the rules, my own anticheat, weapon restrictions etc.
