Making new account issue.

When i try make a new account , i put in everything correctly but then i put in the right "Word Verifaction" and it never works same goes for my friends when they try it, Please HELP!

My friend want to play Crossfire, too. He type all but by the word verification only is:

Type the characters
in the picture
Not cAsE sEnSiTiVe*

No more. Only the text.
Because that he can t register
