Clan rank & points problem.

I have a problem with clan points and automaticcaly with clan rank.i'm the leader or Crime.Inc clan http://clan.z8games.com/clanstat_cf.aspx?guildid=20085 . We are 3 players in this clan and we have the following points :
1) Spavy - clan leader : 500 points
2) swadcomma - lieutenant : 209 points
3) busamoveman - member : 22 points
So a total of 731 clan point , but on the clan page it shows only 428 clan points and 2112 clan rank.I think this is a problem because it make a big clan rank.If there it was shown the real clan points i think we got a good rank position about 1800-1900.
Any ideea about that ?

How are Clans ranked?
Clans are ranked by clan points, which are received by clan members who are playing online. For every 500 EXP earned by a clan member one (1) clan point is awarded to that player’s clan. Clan points can also be earned by playing and winning clan matches and through special events and promotions to be announced. At the end of each week, 5% of all clan points will be taken/removed. Clans will then be ranked according their number of remaining clan points.
