about boku !

today i was like buying zp (20k) thu the paybycash and i click boku (molibe) i fill in anything and i click on make on boku - pay by molibe (moilbecash) payment and it appear a window it say Please select your network and enter your mobile number. and i chose fido but it said Sorry, 12.93 CAD is above the amount allowed by your network. what does tat mean i need help with it //

It means that that amound is above the limit. I also get that when I try to buy ZP with my mobile phone. I need to pay 8,09 Euro's, but this is what it says:

Sorry, 19.50 EUR is above the amount allowed by your network.
The maximum allowed is 15.00 EUR.
Please go back and try a lower amount if one is available.
