Can't Spend my ZP ingame

I have purchased ZP and used it ingame previous to the current patch however now I get a error message saying crossfire has had a error and must quit. No matter if its a GP or ZP crate I get the same message every time. Pls let me know what is going on as I have ZP I want to use.

can you post a Screenshot, what kind of Error your getting?
Also if you purchased ZP and didnt got them, you can contact the Support here:

Did you try to reinstall your Game yet?
