Promocode Error No loginid

hello i have a big problem, i bought a esn code by playspan.w
then i go to z8games and klick deposit then i go to reedem code.
now i wrote the esn code and the pass code in the folder.
then i get the error: "no loginid" the codes are not wrong.. can somebody help me please??
