Esn code/ not loginid

hello i had a big problem i bought a esn code.
then i go to z8games and klick deposit then i go to reedem code.
now i wrote the esn code and the pass code in the folder.
then i become this error message No loginid.

can anybody help me please

just contact the Support, they can help you solving this Payment Issue.
Players cant help you on this, they got no Access to the User Management System.

I have the same problem, but Z8 Games haven't responded to my 2 day old email, and PlaySpan just gives me the usual "we're working on it. Sorry for the inconvenience."

EDIT: Then again, it IS the weekend...

The Support doesnt work over the Weekend and they got a lil backlock going on atm. So just be patient, they'll come back to ya soon
