Is there any chances of getting back an account, if that account was used by multiple IPs?

Please explain specifically.

I've also proven about my payments and transaction ID's, and told them how the password got changed and the email.

But a person replied to me that they won't assist me because of " Multiple IPs "

and that account is officially mine. Just frustrated.. and I've done this with the support team and they've gave it back to me only
ONCE or TWICE then after that.. problem comes back again and now they won't give it back?.. =.=
