1. I saw the edit later.
2. Ping gives you disadvantage
3. M12s is indeed not balanced
4. SPOP isn't a serious issue because it doesn't make a big difference in pubs.

100-160 it's not crap ping. I've met people with 200-300 ping which didn't teleport and people with 100-150 which were here, there and everywhere on the map. Don't know why is happening that.

You don't teleport with a stable 200-300 ping.
You teleport only if you spike.
I don't want to get more into this.
I can have 5 ping and just because I'll spike to 100 I'll teleport.

I have 120 ping and never called lagger Some turkish noooobys who cant kill me and then give reason for it, but none else
