cant start crossfire

when ever i try to start crossfire a message comes up that seas cant download file version.ini.

i have a problem like that. i press the start game button and a patcher window appears.it download a patch and the game becomes full screen.before i press login name nad pass another window appears''file has been changed or forged .game will be shut down by force''
i have uninstalled it, download it and install it three times but nothing changed. has anyone a good advise????????

Uninstall your Game, download it from anonther Mirror on the Website, of if they dont work for you, try this Mirror.
Ensure, that Crossfire.exe, Gameguard.mon, Gameguard.des files got full access through your firewall and your Anitvirus, and also, that you run the Installation with Administrator Permissions, if you have to (Vista, Win 7).
