CrossFire will not start

Ever since the latest patch, CrossFire will not open for me. I clicked "Start", it shows the Splash banner picture, and then nothing shows up. I know most of you keeps saying to reinstalled, but I know that will not work, and its nothing wrong with my laptop, its just the patch that I can't even get on. And yes, I already deleted the Gameguard files, and updated/patched again, it's still the same. So if anyone out there knows the REAL solution to this, please do tell us(referring to everyone who has this problem). And please don't give me a stupid solution that won't do anything. =\ Thank you.

My friend had the same old problem

and do u know why he had that problem ?

He said coz he hacked (not friends with him now)(and i am not a hackers so srhh) now i dont know if its true but i think one of the hacks has deleted one of your cf files that corses cf not to start the best thing to do is reinstall CF and check for virus on your computer.


simple as that.

simple as that.

but it cant be those solution, my laptop doesnt have a virus, and i reinstalled it already(i typed this on my first post too), it just happened RIGHT after the patch, i played normally all the other times, it just happend when it patched, so im assuming something's wrong with the patch =\

i am having same problem ive tryed everything in the forums i have unistalled reinstalled 6 times but still same problems im bout to give up and waste money on another site as crossfire seems to be problem after problem

What about downloading CF again?

that's what im doing right now, im currently downloading the one from brothersoft =\ but i dont get why we gotta download from a different one, before i had downloaded from Mirror 1, so i guess i'll just uninstalled CF again, and reinstalled again >.< my situation might still wont go anywhere, watch...lol
