Where is my zp?

I just bought 10k ZP using the paybycash method on store.playspan in hopes of getting the 3 crates.....

I used the UGC card...
It was successful...
I got the passcode and ESN
I entered it CORRECTLY!.

It says "nologinid" when I try to redeem it! Somebody please help me...

Mod's can't do anything about that, the Account Management is just and only be done by the Support.
Just be a bit patient, they'll answer and help you as soon as they made it through their backlog.

i had to do that for me when they were doing that server maintenance several months ago. it took them several hours to read it, but i was happy they did.
