loading problem...HELP!!!

When I try to load CF, its goes right up until the login thing comes up,
and then it opens these windows that ask me if I want to find or save ,navcancl from ieframe.dll?

I took a SS of it...I already re-installed CF, what do I need to do?
As far as I know I haven't done anything differently to my computer to do this,
only thing I can think is the new patch has something to do with it?

try uninstalling but deleting every single file of CF from the computer. Wait for the patch if it still continues and if it continues after that then send a help ticket @ http://support.z8games.com/webform.aspx

by just going to uninstall CF button it won't take off every CF file? How do I do this if thats the case?
