3hours of failure

Alrite i just got back from a vacation and i want to play Crossfire again...

Yay patch...fixes...

Errr, why wont the frickin game load? patches fine and then flumps, nothing doesnt load ****, tried deleting and replacing gameguard, tried all mirrors and installed-uninstalled them while doing same methods, but for some reason this stupid ****ing patch has messed the game up and wont allow it to load.

Fix?

No errors, No popups, No stupid game.

Its refusing to load, it brings up the news screen and after i hit start....

Nope, Nothing, No Crossfire.exe in my Task Manager either.

Uninstall your Crossfire completly using something like Ccleaner. If you tried all Mirrors yet, you can try to download the setup fil from here.
Btw, what OS are your runing?
Edit: Ensure, that Crossfire.exe, Gameguard.des and Gameguard.mon got fully access through your firewall and your Antivirus program.

Nope, Nothing, No Crossfire.exe in my Task Manager either.

Wow i have neva seen anything liek that... the only thing i can suggets is scanning the /c drive for viruses... or you can try the diskclean up.

XP, not failvista, that is the eternal one i downloaded also, and it doesnt work, its starting to agitate me, everything was fine and dandy i didnt even get random disconnects or errors ever before...patch day comes and i cant even get back on the frickin game.

The patch has acctually affected evryone to be honest and crossfire are working on it so all i can say is just wait till another patch and try then.

Id rather not spend another week waiting to play this game to play, its not ****ing worth it lmao they make a ****ing error they should fix it the moment its made aware.

I know welll have u tried looking for viruses? id say search the whole of the /c drive.

Did you ensure that Crossfire got full access through your firewall?

I always allow access to all of my trusted programs, i run Kaspersky AntiVirus which is pretty damn adamant about searching for viruses, so no i dont have any lol.

I solved this "Stupid" Problem with fiddling in the registry, which i shouldnt have needed to do.

Fail Z8...

disable ur antivirus
if it isnt making the gameguard splash screen then its most likely being blocked

also some patched hacks stop cf from loading

this game should be called patch fire so many patches but they working hard to fix it all I HOPE
