Error Message Purchasing Problems.
Comments Whilst attempting to purchase 100,000 ZP for my account as PayPal froze while loading. I then made the mistake of closing the window whilst it was still on their site and repeting the process as I could not find the ZP on my account.
Today as I was in my local bank I asked for my account balance to be printen out and there stood that I had purchased 100,000 ZP two times. I did not want for this to happen as I am now pretty short on money this month and would request that the 55,44 Euros be transferred back to my account and the extra 100,000 ZP be removed.
I would be much obliged if you could solve this problem as soon as possible, without me having to Chare-back per PayPal.

The transaction codes (According to PayPal) for these 2 payments that I had sent are as follows: * and *.
As I already stated above: whilst attempting to pay for 100,000 ZP my screen had frozen. After checking my Z8 account and my Email AND PayPal account to see if the transaction had been completed.
I found nothing. No E-mail, no PayPal transactions, nothing.
So I tried a second time, to buy some ZP (again 100,000) The same thing happened to me. Not thinking much of it at the time I turned my PC off and went to bed thinking to solve the problem the next day.
As I went to the bank to withdraw some cash I saw that there had been 2 payments made to Z8. 1 of which should not have been.
I am asking you to refund this accidental purchase, and the extra 100,000 ZP + 10,000 BP on my account (which I have left untouched) to be removed accordingly.
I do not wish to charge-back with PayPal, or even worse (For Z8) per my Bank. So I settled for sending in a support ticket, and after 3-4 days of waiting I recieve a message saying that a transaction (see your reply) had been credited to my account. The transaction code listed in the reply could not be found on my PayPal account either.
I believe that you have misunderstood my support ticket and therefore would like for you to read through this reply and let me know what can be done, before I chargeback via my Bank. 5/6/2011 9:53:58 AM

I will not tolerate this kind of bull**** any longer. I am now going to go into my local bank tomorrow and demand a charge-back.
I have printed out copys of the customer support help, just in case they are deleted (catch my drift?).

Doesn't sound like Z8 did anything wrong. Seems like you were just impatient and decided closing something while making a transaction was a superb idea. lol.
I don't think there will be much of a fight. But good luck. Maybe you'll learn not to just click close on things out of impatience. Lesson to be learned here kiddos. -

but who do you think has more money to withstand court? You, who are having troubles surviving a month because of an extra 100 dollars or Z8 games who are being paid hundred of dollars a day?

When your system crashes in the middle of a payment what do you do, smartass?no offense or anything..

What you expect when using paypal
Paypal are a bunch of #@#@ scammers the probably got your money!
and didn't transfer it to z8games or the did transfer it but the took the money back and putted on there account
Anyway there is a chance the money on your paypal account but you need to unfreeze your account and to unfreeze account you need to give MORE information to paypal the will need your bank account or creditcard if your acc is frozen!
so than I suggest you do it and get your money back and remove your paypal account than
and than buy prepaid cards those are safer and works always
Don't use creditcard/bank information on online games or paypal!
P.s tell z8games to take back the 100k ZP than the will unlock your acount! if your account is locked

And I still have the 100K ZP and 10K BP on my account, so they can take it and refund me my god damn, hard earned money!! -

lol considering you said you 'clicked' anything and it still complied, thats anything but a system crash. if you knew anything about computers. secondly, like you said, you ALSO just turned it off without caring.

Although, refund of digital goods are pretty much impossible... anywhere, from any company. -
