Comments Whilst attempting to purchase 100,000 ZP for my account as PayPal froze while loading. I then made the mistake of closing the window whilst it was still on their site and repeting the process as I could not find the ZP on my account.

Today as I was in my local bank I asked for my account balance to be printen out and there stood that I had purchased 100,000 ZP two times. I did not want for this to happen as I am now pretty short on money this month and would request that the 55,44 Euros be transferred back to my account and the extra 100,000 ZP be removed.

I would be much obliged if you could solve this problem as soon as possible, without me having to Chare-back per PayPal.

The transaction codes (According to PayPal) for these 2 payments that I had sent are as follows: * and *.

As I already stated above: whilst attempting to pay for 100,000 ZP my screen had frozen. After checking my Z8 account and my Email AND PayPal account to see if the transaction had been completed.

I found nothing. No E-mail, no PayPal transactions, nothing.

So I tried a second time, to buy some ZP (again 100,000) The same thing happened to me. Not thinking much of it at the time I turned my PC off and went to bed thinking to solve the problem the next day.

As I went to the bank to withdraw some cash I saw that there had been 2 payments made to Z8. 1 of which should not have been.

I am asking you to refund this accidental purchase, and the extra 100,000 ZP + 10,000 BP on my account (which I have left untouched) to be removed accordingly.

I do not wish to charge-back with PayPal, or even worse (For Z8) per my Bank. So I settled for sending in a support ticket, and after 3-4 days of waiting I recieve a message saying that a transaction (see your reply) had been credited to my account. The transaction code listed in the reply could not be found on my PayPal account either.

I believe that you have misunderstood my support ticket and therefore would like for you to read through this reply and let me know what can be done, before I chargeback via my Bank. 5/6/2011 9:53:58 AM

I will not tolerate this kind of bull**** any longer. I am now going to go into my local bank tomorrow and demand a charge-back.

I have printed out copys of the customer support help, just in case they are deleted (catch my drift?).

German court of law anyone?
