He can't post this himself because he's having problems apparently.
1. The Login Screen doesn't show up on the site.
2. When I launch game, before log screen it crashes and say cant connect to server.

1. which browser is he using? Did he tried it with another browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome) yet?
2. Did you try to uninstall and reinstall your game yet?
