How to put "?" in the name?

When i used the name change, it said only alphanumeric letters and stuff like -_[]* ....

I seen people with ? in their names like Starbucks? or Munchies?

I went to account management and chose change forum name.Then i did wat u guys said and pushed ctrl and c then i tried ctrl and v but the symbol never came up little help here ?

I pushed and held both CTRL and C then i tried the CTRL and V but neither ways made that symbol apear!!!!
