New clan - Beta Clan Server

Hello, We just created a new clan a few hours ago, and wondering how long it takes before we can access the beta clan server, because it keeps sayin the server is full when its not, cheers!

ya only channel ive EVER seen full on clan server is 1 every other channel is always open
