I got 2 questions, first one: If the Halloween patch is been removed and you still got Halloween creates left, can you still open them?

Second question: If you have a Halloween item and the patch been removed, will the item also be gone?

No


All items that you have that are halloween related will still be usable up until they expire. That means crates will still be in your inventory and items that say have 30 days to expire will expire in that time frame regardless of when we remove the halloween fun.
