Lol i dont think thats possible but theres some ways to become MOD

(1) live in Canada, Ontario (near toronto).
(2) computer degree or related background
(3) excellent problem solving skills
(4) strong English (written/spoken)
(5) willing to accept minimum wage and work 70 hours a week without paid overtime

A GM is a full time employee, G4 currently has no job postings.

as raigod said, but you can become a MOD. on the other hand, they're not recruiting anymore =s

A GM is the local host of the game (Notice that they are NOT the ones who make the game), working for Z8 games.

And raingod has said all you need.

I dont think FallenAngel has to go to office all the time now, as he is a community manager.
He might only just have to go to office for meetings for like new projects and goals/targets etc.
