Hello, I have one big problem ....
What does that mean?

You are fooling around with us, or what?... I subscribed that ticket for help ... instead I got this message.I need to change the secret question because i don't remember it ,and i'm the clanleader , because of that i can't promote-demote new lieutenants, i can't change the clanleader because of that security question answer
, that's sad man, we spent hundreds of euros on this clan and this game (me and all of our members) , and now u are fooling with us? it's not fair what is happening !

You should reply back on the ticket stating that you only sent 1 ticket.
If it is a continued persistence, then contact a GM for a review of the support ticket in question. It has happened before where support did not understand the nature of the question being asked and gave out an irrelevant answer. -
him is a clan leader so its need that answer to question to made changes in clan but the GM are bored as usual also we have 180000 ZP in clan bank to buy wath? change name card x 200 or 50 Lt?
poor suport from Z8 as usual and in the end will close this tread -
Just checked with customer service. Look at the date of that ticket.. Your ticket which was Submitted on 08-18-2009 at 10:00:55 AM and only contained C.S.I(The reason you were giving that response.)
I don't think you know how to use our support page.. You are currently looking at two different tickets.. Click on View Details to view the reply for your current ticket. -

Haha your right Bigbang, didn't see that... it WAS two different tickets, and this guy made a ticket with just C.S.I in the text box, which gave back the relevant response on f* off
Yea as he said, Click on View Details ON TOP of the ticket... but in this case it didn't matter as they closed the ticket upon receiving it...Mexicanu77 wrote: »ty...i submited the ticket again, hope it will be good now :-s

how much time i must wait ? and why is taking so long ? i believe that z8 has a database...and a searching method to find the account and repair it ... are that much tickets started by players if is taking so long ? a friend of mine took his ticket almost a year for some issues of banking or something...if this is taking that long..i think i will quit playing crossfire until then
