Cannot load local Version and/or Cannot load version.ini

Hello z8Gamers,

i have the Problem with the Patcher "Cannot load local Version". Ich tried the "Fix" from Flamez but when i install the older Version from cF i get this Error "Cannot load version.ini".
Its a vicious circle.

Please help i want play!

Uninstall it all then redownload if it still doesn't work, idk
