New patch fix the fps issue?

Recently after the small patch removing errors from the Halloween patch,I've been getting 19-30 fps avg in a 8v8 when it is normally 40-80.
Just asking if the new patch tonight might fix it? I know it's not my computer since I have a ram of 1GB 2.0 ghz and GeForce 6600.

No viruses,Gamebooster and Gamegain 2 are running.
Call of Duty 4,Combat Arms,AVA,and Left 4 Dead work smooth.

mine goes from 170-285 usually 0.o i don't see this as a problem for me but i wouldn't know about problems on a bad comp lol

That's the thing,I don't have a bad computer.
My brother has a GeForce 5600 and it works just fine with 40 fps.
