Policy Update - Character Items
Hello Cross Fire Users!
Here is a quick heads up for people who may have or may be purchasing Character Items for their accounts.
Due to the nature of the type of item that a Character Item is, it is impossible for us to issue a refund or exchange for accidental purchases of these item types.
This affects the SPOP, SIA, STAR and GSG9 character items (and any subsequent character items).
This will be added to our Terms of Use for future reference. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Unfortunately, removal of these items from an account makes the account unplayable. Until this can be resolved by coding we cannot issue a refund or exchange for these items.
Please review our Terms of Use on our refund policy and note that all sales are final and that we do not take responsibility for mistaken purchases. Refunds can be issued for CF Items of longer than 30 day durations as long as the user contacts us via support with 48 hours of the purchase.

[3.8] Item Purchase and Refund Policy
All Item Purchases are final. Z8Games takes no responsibility for mistaken actions within its game relating to item purchasing. Refunds (of Z8Games Points) will be given for Metin 2 item mall purchases so long as the purchaser contacts Z8Games within 48 hours of the purchase. Refunds (of Z8Games Points) will be given for Cross Fire items with durations of 30 days or more only if the purchaser contacts Z8Games within 48 hours of the purchase of the item.
[3.8.1] Bonus Point and Game Point Sales
All items paid for with Z8Games Bonus Points or Cross Fire Game Points or Metin 2 in-game Gold are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given for these items.

Saidin, I sent you a PM concerning an accidental ZP purchase, I was on my alt account when I purchased 20K ZP via Social Gold. I didn't mean to buy it for my alt account, it was meant for my main. I do not want to purchase another 20k zp for my main account, as I have no intention to spend it on my alt. Is there anyway I can transfer the ZP from my alt account to my main? I can prove ownership of both accounts.

You must go to http://support.z8games.com with this type of question to get a proper answer.
PM's on the forums are not the place to discuss Purchase Records, lost Account Information or anything really dealing with security, accounts, financial records etc etc. -
I was on my alt account when I purchased 20K ZP via Social Gold.
Should also note that in the end ultimately it is not Z8Games' responsibility to make sure that you are on the right account.
Any purchase, whether you're buying ZP or buying a .99 cent candy bar (maybe I just dated myself?) should be taken seriously. And ultimately there may be nothing we can do for your mistake.
But as mentioned, that is for neither here on the forums, or in a PM on the forums. You must go to http://support.z8games.com and the Customer Support staff along with the Accounting Department will give you the correct and final resolution. -

Wanna bring back the old charatcher item? Like the SAS mask?
You guys had NO good reason to remove them!
You could atleast be nice and kept them in game insteed of just removing them.
Were the only version with it......
