Hack report

Hey i wanted to report a hacker for my first time.
But i can't because the cfr. files aren't videos.
It's a iTunes file!
Please help me

Just upload them with your hacking report. You can only upload these files.

Where is your problem?

But its a music file not a video file. they can only hear the sound.
Or is this normal?!

I think you just made a mistake when you installed iTunes. You connected the .cfr files with iTunes what is obviously wrong. When you doubleklick them nothing should happen (or you will get an error).

When you send the report then the staff members will get a Video (with sound) and nothing else

.cfr, it's just because you tried to open them with itune that you think it's a music file. actualy the .cfr is specialy made for the replay of crossfire. If you want them as video you need to open the game, and record them with a software. But for the administration it's better to use the .cfr since they can watch the game in all position of the players.

yeah it's still a cfr file.

I highly doubt the MODs even look at the reports so don't worry.

1. you can say noob at forums.
2. the cfr files are supposed to be send with a report.
3. you watch those CFR files through the replay system @ storage.

I stopped after about the 5th one. I was like... Im not spending another 5 mins just to report a hacker thats going to make a new account and do the same thing. Not worth my time.

I keep saving them and only send them in when I have some time to waste. Seriously though, the MODs are full of bullshi.t when they say they permaban hackers when people send in replays.

"We review all replays, there's a backlog, blah blah excuse excuse."

I just checked a player who's replay I sent 2+ months ago. He was using 1 shot kill while running through walls. He's still playing today.

Well colour me stupid for thinking the Mods actually give a shi.t about people who take time to send in replays.

I got few message saying me thanks for the report, and also mod answering my question by the tickets. So i believe they do read and watch the report.

I'm talking about hack reports which are closed automatically. Other support tickets are a different story. Obviously if I had a question about depositing ZP, they would be falling heads over heels to answer the question.

itunes is set to open files with that extension. Would it work if you just do the upload file on the media. There is no program to open this extension

It doesn't matter what you use to open them... When you report them just browse through your files and find the correct one and submit it along with his IGN the rounds that the hacking occured, ect...

Not true, I've reported people and in three days I got a notification saying that they had been banned.
