I heard it was Flash Guards. Not worth feeling sorry over that you missed. For the amount of trouble that we have to actually snag a code in time, the prizes are rather weak. The best prize so far, was the 20 day voodoo doll grenade for the first code.

Go ingame, and click on "Item Shop" at the top, i.e. where you buy weapons. Then click on the Char tab, and select the Soldier Beret. You'll be able to preview it without needing to purchase it.
