my laptop wont charge

my laptop wont charge and when it is fully charged so i unplug it crossfire doesnt lag then when i plug it in again it lags i get like 1-10 frames per second can some1 please help me?

That happens when you have the Laptop plugged in for a long time, until the battery dies..

Here in Mexico the batteries are not cheap, IDK about the U.S

Batteries aren't always cheap, they range from 30$(ebay) to 150+ in stores.
