i sent in a support ticket, wrong reply lol?

ok i sent in a support ticket saying how i get a blackscreen right when i click start game, after the game guard thing, it goes black, and stays black, but my mouse is still there.

they quickly replied by saying

"Dear Player;

Thank you for your report and your replay file. We will investigate this player shortly."


umm??? yea, i dont think thats gonna help
