Cannot See the Start button when G4box is running

Hello I have a problem. I dowloaded the game for my friend and then installed it at the pc. The pc runs with windows xp.
When we hit the crossfire shortcut as ussually the g4box pops up.
And here is our problem even though we can see the register button we can't see the Start button in order to play the game. I have re-downloaded it and re-installed it but the problem doesn't seem to go. What should i do?

i got the same thing man ,you've got it fixed already.? let me know .
