No I know that now. I didnt before. I assumed disabling in windows permanently disabled it altogether.

FPS is really higher , went from 50-60 to 95-110 xD

i don't love it anymore. it was another useless patch besides maybe the addition of shooting range and the fix for minimap factory, both of which i do not use so ya... only showed me the 25-29 ping in the morning. when i came back from classes i got the same usual 50 ping
