and when i open it

it say

(((( file was changed or forged )))

i didn not change any thing == or froged


and i download a new copy

and still the same problem

Oh, there's another solution to that but it's a bit different. Trying searching a topic with the same problem and maybe you'll find the solution along the way.

If you have Windows XP, just use the method I used to fix it.
